Technical Project Manager – Service Delivery

Pricer is seeking a proactive, self-motivated Technical Project Manager – Service Delivery to join our team. This role works closely with Sales, Customers, Partners, and Installers to provide guidance and oversight throughout all phases of customer engagement.

 

What will you be doing?

•Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Sales Engineering, Service Delivery, and Order Administration—as well as customer stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of project activities.

•Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables across various project types (e.g., Proof of Concepts, Pilots, and Full Implementations).

•Adhere to established project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.

•Monitor and track project status, document key updates and decisions, and maintain accurate records in the appropriate systems of record.

•Identify and review project goals, timelines, and dependencies to ensure alignment across teams.

•Develop and maintain shared project schedules, assigning tasks and ownership in collaboration with customers.

•Build and sustain strong working relationships with customer project managers and stakeholders.

•Plan and lead key project meetings, including kickoffs, requirements gathering, training sessions, onsite installations, and project reviews.

•Organize and facilitate internal project review meetings; capture notes and action items in tracking systems.

•Coordinate the assignment of internal and external resources to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

•This role involves actively leading, supporting, and collaborating with cross-functional customer teams to drive project success.

What are your qualifications and requirements?

 

QUALIFICATIONS (knowledge, knowhow, attitude)

·      Service delivery / project management experience for projects with hardware and software installations in remote locations.

·      Ability to work with people with various skills, backgrounds, and personalities.

·      Strong verbal and written, communication skills with ability to understand and communicate dependencies.

·      Familiar with hardware/device installation and deployment concepts

·      Basic understanding of technical concepts such as networking components, data integration automation, APIs,

·      Highly organized with ability to plan and take notes

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Industry Domain Experience

·      Retail experience is ideal in either store operations, merchandising systems, or IT

·      Retail store associate experience is ideal

 

Education and Experience

·      Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience, ITcertification)

·      PMP certification (or similar training)

·      2+ years overall work experience in a related role or industry

 

General

·      Strong analytical skills

·      Willing to travel 25-40% primarily in North & Latin America and occasionally Europe

·      Language fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Swedish, is advantageous

·      Primary location for this position is Atlanta, GA or Denver, CO.
