Pricer is responsible for personal data in accordance with current personal data legislation. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of managing and facilitating recruitment in our business.

 

Collection of personal data

Pricer is responsible for the processing of the personal data that you submit or for the personal data that comes to us through third parties, for example. LinkedIn.

 

Personal information

In order to create the best possible experience during and after the recruitment process, we need to be able to process and store your data. The processed personal data is also shared with Pricer's customers in the recruitment process.

 

We process and store the following data:

Name

Year of birth

Contact information

Photography

Notes after conversation or interview

Notes after reference call

The candidate's LinkedIn profile

Background checks that we administer on behalf of customers

Test result

CV, personal letter, grades, diplomas, diplomas certificates, email conversations, or other material sent to us in connection with the recruitment process.

Some checks, such as background checks and tests, may contain sensitive personal information. For these checks, you will always give special consent before performing.

 

Why do we process your data?

Pricer only processes personal data that is necessary to be able to carry out the recruitment process. Personal data is processed only for the purposes and purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Pricers processes your personal data in order to:

Determine the relevance of candidates for the position in question.

Manage contact with candidates.

Keep statistics for target group optimization.

Present candidates' profiles for other positions in order to create more job opportunities.

Handle any disputes or cases regarding alleged discrimination.

 

Consent from the data subject

You agree that Pricer, as the person responsible for personal data, processes your personal data in order to handle the recruitment. You agree that personal information is collected when you make an application and add personal information about yourself, in person, or by using a third party (such as LinkedIn). You also agree that we collect publicly available information about you and compile it for the purpose of recruitment. As an applicant, you agree that Pricer saves the personal data for as long as required with regard to current Swedish legislation.

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by contacting us (see the section on your rights).

 

How long is personal data processed?

As long as you do not object in writing to the processing of your personal data, the personal data will be stored and processed by us for as long as we deem it necessary with regard to the above-stated purposes. Please note that a job seeker may be of interest for future recruitment, and for this purpose, we may store your personal information as long as it is deemed interesting for potential recruitment.

Upon termination of consent, we retain your information for two years from your last application date as evidence of a fair recruitment process, in accordance with the recommendations and directives, then your personal information is anonymised, and all data identifying you is deleted.

 

Your rights

As a user, you have the right to request your personal data processed by us. You do this by notifying us in writing; see contact details at the end of this policy. You have the right to request a copy of the processed personal data belonging to you free of charge. You also have the right to demand deletion or restriction in the processing of your personal data. Under certain circumstances, you have the right to transfer your personal data (data portability), which means the right to obtain your personal data and transfer it to another personal data controller, as long as this does not adversely affect the freedoms and rights of others.

 

Security

We prioritize the personal integrity and therefore work actively to ensure that your personal data is treated with the utmost care. We take the measures that may reasonably be required to ensure that your personal data is processed securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and GDPR. Transmission of information via the Internet and mobile networks, however, can never take place completely risk-free, which is why all transmission takes place at your own risk. It is important that you also take responsibility for ensuring that your information is protected. It is your responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept secret.
