Pricer is seeking a positive, engaging, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Solution Engineer to work closely with Sales, Customers, Partners, and Product Teams to provide technical expertise and guidance through all phases of customer engagement.
This position is an individual contributor role on a team of specialists and domain experts collaborating with Key Account Managers to serve as a technical lead for customer projects through all phases of the engagement. This role has pre-sales focus with some post sales responsibilities with a variety of tasks.

What will you be doing?
Pre Sales Responsibilities:
· Setup and stage customer demonstrations, labs, PoCs
· Engage with customers and partners to present and explain solutions and benefits
· Assist Sales with preparing and presenting solutions to customers
· Explain technical aspects of the solution and recommend best practices
· Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical services related questions
· Specify scope of products and services required for implementation
· Help create and maintain documentation and presentation materials to convey use cases, functionality and technical concepts
· Provide technical support for trade shows, demos / and sales presentations
· Assist with specification and recommendations of accessories and fixtures for installations
· Take initiative to proactively address concerns and provide recommendations
· Follow up on activities as needed communicating directly with customer technical resources
Post Sales Responsibilities:
· Transition of customer projects from pilot to rollout activities
· Consult and advise on setup, install, and configuring Pricer solutions based on requirements
· Review and explain ongoing implementation tasks such as data integration automation and label template modifications
· Provide training and technical support to customers and partners to implement and maintain their solutions
· Other related technical responsibilities as needed
Product Team Responsibilities
· Provide customer and market related input to Product team
· Specify requirements for customer / partner requests
· Assist with product request prioritization
· Evaluate new features and releases and share feedback
· Assist with communicating Product changes to customers and partners

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a STEM field
Industry Domain Experience
· 2+ years of Sales Engineering or solution design consulting
· 2+ years of system integration / implementation experience
· 2+ years of Retail systems experience (in-store operations / POS / merchandising or IT systems)
· Retail store associate experience is ideal
· Previous experience providing training or instruction is advantageous
General
· Willing to travel up to 40% of the time primarily in North America & Latin America and occasionally to Europe
· Language fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Swedish, is advantageous

Type of Employment: Full-time
Type of Role: In office work is preferred for team collaboration and access to equipment and hardware when not travelling for work.
Primary Location: Atlanta, Georgia with proximity to teams resources for collaboration (or Denver, Colorado as an alternate location.
