Pricer is actively seeking a Senior Sales Executive to spearhead regional sales, focusing on building strategic partnerships with new Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers across diverse retail verticals and emerging markets. Your Impact & Responsibilities
· Account Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key retail chain clients, deeply understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
· Revenue Forecasting and Optimization:
o Generate short- and long-term opportunity and revenue forecasts, meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs), and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
o Formulate and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
· Upselling and Cross-selling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
· Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive expertise in our hardware and solutions, continuously staying informed about industry trends and advancements.
· Client Support and Acquisition: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies to broaden the customer base.
· Customer Retention and Loyalty: Implement customer-centric strategies focused on enhancing customer retention, fostering loyalty, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
· Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
· Reporting: Prepare regular and insightful sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

Education and Experience

Domain Expertise
· Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in key account management or sales, ideally within the Retail, Hardware, Pharmaceutical, and Technology sectors.
· C-Level Relationship Building: Proven experience in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with C-Level executives and other senior decision-makers.
· Trusted Advisor Capability: Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and tailored solutions that align with clients' critical business objectives.
· CRM and Sales Automation Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and sales automation tools to manage relationships and optimize sales processes.
· AI and Machine Learning Awareness: Familiarity with the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence in sales analytics to drive informed decision-making.

· Willing to travel up to 40% of the time primarily in the US with occasional European travel
